Why I'm writing this blog

I've followed the Autoimmmune Protocol (AIP) strictly for more than seven years with zero successful reintroductions. That's not typical; many people are able to reintroduce some things successfully after a period of time (at least 30 days but often longer and the right period of time can vary quite a bit from person to person).

I'm working with a functional medicine nurse to try to figure out what I may have going on (in addition to MS, my diagnosed autoimmune condition). In the meantime, though, I've been eating this way for quite some time and I've learned some things that may help you. So I'm starting this blog to share tips, tricks, recipes, cookbook reviews, etc.

The question mark in the name is a nod to my experience that AIP isn't easy, but over the last seven years I've learned some things that I hope can make it easier for you.
